Here we go!

This form if the “hey, we’re ready and we have some information to share so you can give us a quote” form. If you’re more interested in an exploration call to get a feel for what we’re all about you can schedule a meeting with Zakary here. 

It will be best if you have the following prepared (but it is not mandatory):

  • New website content outline or RFP
  • Website inspirations

 

You can always start this form and at anytime if you want to save and continue later, you can do so by scrolling to the bottom of the form and hitting “save and continue” after you’ve filled in the e-mail field. This will send you a link to easily resume where you left off allowing you to gather any information or additional details you’d like to include.

The following questions are not mandatory but will help us better assess your project.
Leave empty if you don't have a current website
Do you have your domain registrar account information or is this controlled by someone else?
We can help pinpoint where your domain was registered if you do not know.
Overall design update, not page content updates. Approximate date is fine.

Website Content

We don't want to burden you with too much homework, but the more you can provide here, the better project outline (cost and timeline) we can provide you.

Helpful Information To Share:

  • What content/sections on your current website are you keeping
  • What content on your current website is no longer needed
  • List out wishlist items you'd love to have with a new site
  • Current pain points on your website
  • Overall business goals with a new website
  • What you like or don't like about your current website

Do you have a prepared document for website changes or an RFP? (content, navigation, etc)

Website Inspirations

List as many "inspiration" websites that you like for various reasons (overall design, use of a slider, main navigation style/layout, etc.).
  • Your inspirations do not need to in a related industry.
  • You do not need to provide reasons why you liked the website(s) you provided.

This might be one of the most important parts of this whole form. If you need to save your progress and search for inspirations, you can easily do this and come back to complete this form.

Submitting Your Form

What happens next?

Once we receive this form we'll first reach out to confirm that we received your inquiry and information. After that we'll take 1-2 business days to review your content and put together a list of topics to discuss on an initial call with you and send you a request for the best date/time to schedule this call.

On the call, we'll review/discuss any final needs and the following business day we'll provide you with a Project Outline that will include your project scope, cost and timeline.
